Great Customer Support

I backed into something and bent the front wheel carriage on my foldable single E-bike rack with ramp. I was planning to bring it to an auto repair shop to see if they could straighten it out. But, first, I emailed Young Electric customer support to see if I could just buy the part that was damaged. They told me to send them a picture of the damage. I did. They had a replacement front wheel carriage for $42, (which I thought was very reasonable). There was no charge for shipping. The new wheel carriage was delivered within a week. Kudos to Young Electric for standing behind their product, and responding quickly to my problem.
