Easy to assemble. No movement of bikes as I drive. Easy to load/unload my bikes. Would buy again should I need 2.
I reviewed many bike racks and this one filled all the boxes from price, easy of delivery, assembly and use.
Overall, really impressed. Its flexible in design such that I could face both bikes one way for cover and easy unload. Wife's is shorter. Very pleased. Lighting kit great too.
The rack seems to be well built and my bike fit on it nicely. They secure easily. I wish the bar that goes in the hitch was about 2 inches longer as it is not far enough behind the 5th wheel to allow it to be folded up and clear the ladder. I'll be trying an extention soon.
I needed a heavy duty rack to carry two of my extremely heavy ebikes, this one does the trick!
This rack is absolutely solid and I love it because of that. It does not move when it’s attached. I do have some suggestions for it, though. While this rack has a ramp with it and so it would be very attractive to older people such as myself. The way that it attaches, with a bolt at the hitch is very inconvenient. Would be much better if you had a spindle at the end of the rack so that you could just from the outside tighten the rack down. The other thing that I would like to see improved on is the vertical post. If they were made round, you could slide the bike mount, off to the side, and you would not have to lean the bike when loading them. Remember, this thing has a ramp and so you’re not talking about when we were 20 years old and just throwing the bikes around on it. The way that the vertical post stand, and with the attaching arm, you have to lean the bike outward. That kind of defeats the purpose of having a ramp and making it easy to load a heavy bike. All this being sad, this rack would be very good for the RV crowd. It is solid, and even though you have to lean the bikes, that is not really a dealbreaker. When it folds up, it is very close to the vehicle. This is another thing that the RV crowd would be appreciative of. For me, to lean down under an SUV and tighten this up with a wrench or a socket, this is a dealbreaker because I only put the rack on long enough to use it and then remove it for the next time. Way too much of a hassle. If you were putting the rack on one time and leaving it there, this would not be a big deal. Do not get me wrong. This is not say this is not a good rack. This is only to let you know what you will be experiencing when you get it. This is an extremely good rack for certain people. For others, not quite as good.
