WHAT AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Oh I wish I could give it way way more than 5 stars!!! Not just for the product which is AWESOME but for the INCREDIBLE customer service! When I went to put this bike rack together there was one small part (one of the two wheel chocks) that didn’t quite line up and since it is such high quality hardened steel part I couldn’t bend it properly to line up. I emailed customer service and received an immediate reply apologizing for the problem and inconvenience and IMMEDITLY started the process to have a replacement chock sent from China. They kept me updated and FEDEXED the part to me and it arrived in just a few days. The replacement part was perfect! To be honest when I found the miss-aliened part and there was no phone number I thought “oh no I will have to pack this all up return it and start all over.” The customer service team quickly relieved that worry and agreed with my thinking that it would be crazy since I had already assembled it to not just send the part. By the way, it only took me 30 minutes to completely assemble this amazing rack and I have a great deal of confidence that it will transport my heavy e-bikes safely for years to come. Holds 2 e-bikes

Great bike hitch. Took about 30-040 min to put together. Holds our 2- 65 pound lectric step through bikes perfectly. It’s a bit heavy but I would expect that to be sturdy enough.

Great Rack for the money

I've been using the rack for 3 months now and have been very impressed. Our setup is two Aventon Pace 500.3 step through bikes on the back of a 2022 Subaru Outback. The ramp makes loading/unloading pretty easy. The arms secure bikes well with very little wobble. Fold up/down feature works as designed. Assembly was pretty easy. It was missing one minor nut which company quickly compensated me for. I could have easily spent 2-3x more for a rack but doubt I'd be any more satisfied.

2 bike electric bike hitch

I am quite pleased with this purchase. It is solid and well built. It was easy to assemble. I am74 and find it quite manageable to attach and remove from my pickup.
