Nice bike rack. Feels very sturdy. Some of the instructions were not real clear.

Outstanding customer service

We contacted customer service to order a tire strap our dog chewed up and was contacted the next day letting us know they would be sending another strap no charge. We love the hitch rack and service is outstanding.

So far so good

Assembly was easy and it seems very well made. My two E bikes fit well. Can’t wait to see what happens when we travel.
