I love the bike rack with the ramp... makes it easy to load my 2 bikes..
I am disappointed in our communication.. I wrote to you 3x about my other bike rack, its a two bike carrier, with the sliding U SHAPE item, that secures the bike to the rack... mine has a crack in the plastic... I want to purchase that piece
