You didn’t fulfill my order until May 29. There was zero communication after my order was submitted and I told it was shipped and then the shipment showed canceled with no info whatsoever. I had to reach out and was told the product was out of stock. I heard nothing and shipment remained canceled for another 10 days when I had to reach out again and suddenly it then shipped.
So communication and order process was terrible.
However product seems to be acceptable. Is 5/8’s thru whole load bearing part of pin and the offset allows it to fit on my hitch which usually the perpendicular locks don’t fit. So product seems good. Haven’t used it yet other than to verify it fits.
