The bike rack itself is fabulous. Easy to assemble as long as you have room. Goes on and off the car with ease. Loading the bikes is also easy. . No complaints about the bike rack itself.
You lose a star on the shipping. I had to text multiple times to find out what and where each of the three shipments were. Customer service answered all of my questions in very reasonable period of time, but it was annoying and time consuming for something that should have been available on line.
