Bike rack order went smoothly, and arrived quickly and packed well. This is a very sturdy rack that easily handles our two electric bikes, each weighing approximately 88 pounds. Easy to put together. My husband and I are older so it did take both of us carrying the rack to the car, but we didn’t find it too difficult. Make sure you have a 2” receiver hitch; we had one installed at Uhall for a fair price. Also, I highly recommend the lock and ramp. We also purchased a ratchet wrench to secure the rack to the hitch which made the job of tightening down the bolt a whole lot easier! This bike rack is well priced and good quality.

The rock works well and will easily fit two e-bikes, it is a bite heavy when you need to store it.

It came well packed. It was easy to assemble. I used the top of the box to put it together to keep from scratching it. I also put the 2 pivoting arms on first instead of the bike supports. It seemed easier that way. It's heavy but it seems very well built. I'll bet it can hold a lot more weight than it's rated for.

Easy to resemble and attach to vehicle. Sturdy and well built. Fist tme out, drove from VT to FL w/no problems w/2 ebikes. The only drawback is that it blocks your back up camera.
