Shipping policy

We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we strive to process and ship your orders efficiently.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Shipping Area:

We currently offer shipping services within the United States and Canada.

Shipping Method & Fees:

U.S.

Standard shipping is provided FREE of charge for all products.
For expedited shipping, a $15 fee will be applied if your package requires a faster delivery.

Canada
Standard shipping is provided at the cost of CAD$10.
For expedited shipping, a CAD$25 fee will be applied if your package requires a faster delivery.

Shipping Time:

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the shipping date, not the order date.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Damage:

Damage to a listed part in the Limited Warranty during shipping is not covered by the Limited Warranty, but Young Electric will replace such damaged listed parts if you:

  • Notify Young Electric of a listed part damaged in the shipping process within seven (7) days of your receipt of the e-bike;
  • Provide Young Electric with a dated picture of the damaged listed part.

Note that shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the e-bike for damage upon receipt.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

FORCE MAJEURE

Young Electric shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of, or failure to deliver, Goods due to causes beyond Young Electric’s reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, enemy actions, hostilities, strikes, labor difficulties, embargoes, non-delivery or late delivery of materials, parts and equipment or transportation delays not caused by the fault of Young Electric, delays caused by civil authorities, governmental regulations or orders, fire, lightning, natural disasters or any other cause beyond Young Electric’s reasonable control. In the event of any such delay, performance will be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay.
