Returns (If applicable)
E-bikes
Returns of new and unused items within 30 days of receipt. Return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Young Electric within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the e-bike. The e-bike must have less than three (3) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Young Electric. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to process a return. Returns are not allowed after thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
Bike racks, Accessories and Replacement Parts
Any purchase of bike racks, accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
- Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value.
- Refunds will be made within 3 business days after the product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.
Return Freight
- In case of defective and damaged products, please contact us to confirm that it is the problem of the product itself. We will bear the freight of the return.
- In case of non-quality returns, the customer bears the freight of the return.
- The product to be sent back to Young Electric must not have man-made damage, or any other signs of use, otherwise, we will charge a depreciation fee according to the degree of damage.
- In case of the customer send any products back to Young Electric without the written consent of Young Electric, the customer bears the freight of the return.
Notes
Used goods, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gift orders will not be accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage/malfunction covered under our warranty.
Regarding gift items:

In the case of a return, customers need to return all gift items included in their order and ensure that the gift items show no signs of wear, dirt, dust, or any other indications of use.

If customers wish to keep these items, the value of the items (retail price) will be deducted from their refund.

If customers insist on returning used gift items, depreciation charges will be deducted from the refund based on the items' condition.

Fragile gift items are not eligible for returns; in such cases, the value of the items (retail price) will be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the free gifts.
In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from Young Electric. Please contact us at support@youngelectricbikes.com with proof of purchase, photos and videos of the item(s) you are about to return. Any products sent back to Young Electric by you without the written consent of Young Electric shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Note: It's suggested to reserve the original packing carton for 30 days in case of any refund or return.
