Transported two E Bikes over 500 highway miles and did not make one adjustment. The screw in hitch pin keeps this rack rock solid. I bought a 24mm socket and put in on my Milwaukee impact to lock down the bolt and it works Great! I highly recommend this rack!!

haven't used it yet, however it's the same as the original pin with a lock, the lock works and i,m sure it will work very well
