Very satisfied with the quality of the rack

I purchased the single bike rack with ramp and lock. The bike rack came earlier than expected. The lock was not included. Customer service sent me another lock within a few days. The rack and ramp handle my e-bike with ease. As a 72 year old male just three months out of lumbar spine decompression surgery I need all the help I can get. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of Young Electric!

This is my second Young bike rack. The first one is a double bike rack for transporting my Lectric e-bike and my neighbor's much larger Predator Talon e-bike to bike paths. I needed a single bike rack for attaching to my 5th wheel travel trailer and ordered one from Young. It arrived quickly and when I went to install it, I found defective threading on the arm that holds the e-bike vertically. I sent Young pictures of the issue and they quickly sent me the needed replacement parts. Now to go on a vacation with the RV and my e-bike.

This bike rack does all that it is hyped to be. I installed it on the back of my camper to haul my 80lb fat tire e-bike. Works like a champ.
