2 Bike Hitch Rack review

I ordered the rack with the ramp. Initially there was an issue with order confirmation and delivery status. I was concerned and did not receive much communication. I was about to cancel my order, but a little over a week from the order date the company reached out and was very transparent. After a little over two weeks from the order date I received the product and I am very satisfied. It is well built and very functional. My two 70lb e-bikes ride very securely and are very easy to load. I highly recommend this bike rack.
