The instructions were a bit confusing since it’s only pictures. Took two of us to figure it out. But once put together it goes into the hitch easily. One note of caution. There are 3 settings - fold, ride,tilt. Make sure the tabs are locked in! I unfolded, loaded bikes and when I stopped at the post office it went down to tilt position. Thank goodness I wasn’t driving when that happened. Lesson learned. Listen for the click as it goes to each position.
Also, the ramp doesn’t seem to attach to the rack. I just put it in the back of the car with my helmet so it’s not a big deal but it would be nice if it attached to the rack.

I only have one dislike, and that is the bolt that secures the rack to the hitch receiver. There is no quick way to remove the rack. It would be nice to remove the rack a little easier. On the other hand, nobody’s going to come up to it and just take it out of the receiver. So, there’s a good side and a bad side. I guess it depends on the person using it.
The rack is very stable and holds 2 - 82lb electric bikes easily plus the price was very reasonable.

Can't beat the pricing.. the inside of the screw might be partially stripped or I installed it incorrect but it seems to work fine and for the price I really have no complaints since it got the job done and then some...

They are very well built, sturdy.
