Love this bike rack!

Rack arrived quickly and was fairly easy for me (71 y.o. female) to assemble. It looks great on the back of my vehicle and has no wobble.

Very solid design and rides behind my Explorer with ease. It was very easy to assemble.

Hitch pin

I just recieved my rack . Assembly went fairly easy. Haven't had a chance to load the bikes. I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the none standard hitch pin that doesn't allow me the ability to use my my hitch lock. The bolt should have been made larger to allow user the option to use standard size hitch pin or hitch lock.
