It goes together sort well.

The rack is heavy duty and at 200lbs I can bounce up and down on it without flexing it. The pictorial instructions help and assembly was straightforward, but I've done a lot of mechanical work and have good tools.

Sturdy and stable, but ramp needs upgrade

The bike carrier is sturdy and stabilized our ebikes well, even in rough terrain. Loading, securing and unloading was quick and easy. I would prefer the bolt used in the receiver to have a locking mechanism.

Works well but somewhat clunky and very heavy

If you have a spare tire exposed in the back (like a Jeep Wrangler) you'll need to buy a 7 to 12" extension in order to fold the rack up completely. The Wrangler rear door will not clear the rack when unfolded unless you lower it a few inches. Haven't found a way to do that yet. The swing up arms that hold the bike frame just sort of float when not in use.

The first rack I ordered was the 2 bike rack in case I had a friend ride with me. I’m a 5’3” woman in my mid sixties. I couldn’t move the 2 bike version so I exchanged it for this. I can install this rack on my truck in 3 minutes. I can rack my ebike in 2 minutes. The ramp is key. I use my bike’s walk mode and walk it up the ramp and tighten the 3 straps and I’m ready to go. I see so many others struggle with their bikes using their racks even with ramps.
